Spread across 12 acres of land with stunning views of Ton Sai Bay and Loh Da Lum Bay sets Phi Phi Island Cabana Hotel. Terrible nights sleeps but beautiful hotel in the perfect location.

The location is ideal and the hotel is beautiful.

The beds are so uncomfortable. Really hard and old. You won’t sleep unless you have ear plugs. The techno music down the beach sounds like it’s right outside your window. No joke! I read that in other reviews and it is sooo true.

Wonderful

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. They allowed us to use the pool area even after the check out. The location was excellant, near the pier and all the pubs and bars and just across the street from the beach. The pool was fantastic. They also provide an "afternoon delight" aka coffee, tea and snacks. The breakfast was amazing, multiple options.

The only thing is that the bathroom was a bit dated but okay for 2 nights.

Very good location and the pool was amazing. The breakfast was also very good and big variety. The staff was very nice, although they almost didn’t knew English.

It wasn’t very clean, the furniture was outdated and I saw few cockroaches in the common facilities.

nice location, lovely swimming pool area

great location and the pool area was lovely overlooking the sea

bedroom was nice but bathroom was quite dated. a lot of steps to get to the 4th floor everyday as there isn’t a lift. When booking this hotel we had an offer for a free dinner for one night we were there but when we asked reception the woman said no they can’t do that which was a shame as it was included in our price

Overall, it was very good hotel.

The pool and the view was so dreamy. The best I have seen in any hotel.

During the night you can literally hear the music from the bars unfortunately till 2am. We had to wear ear plugs.

Phi Phi Island Cabana hotel is justifiably a 3 star hotel, but it's location and views are superb

We had a deluxe room with a stunning sea view looking at the bay. The noise from Slinkeys bar 300m away on the beach (the local nightspot) was not too bad at night, although they did give us ear plugs at reception which thankfully were not needed. The swimming pool and patio outside are beautiful with fantastic views of the bay. The breakfast each day was very good and varied, you even had hot milk for the coffee. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their face and they kept the hotel and grounds spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel as somewhere to stay on Phi Phi island, It's location is superb and only 200m from the ferry. The porters helped us with our suitcases too and from the ferry. There is lots to do on the island with tons of bars and different types of eating places plus lots of exchange shops and ATM's. We stayed at the hotel for a week to recharge the batteries and it certainly worked.

The only downside was that the bedroom and bathroom were both a bit dated, Phi Phi itself was packed with daytrippers which was to be expected over the Xmas period. However the pervading smell of sewage from the drains on the main streets was constant and literally got up your nose. It does make you wonder where all the sewage actually goes. A week is too long in this small island but it was also great fun.

Great vacation.

The location is perfect it locates only 5 minutes walk from the pier. Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The view from the room is awesome. The room is big enough and clean.

It was noisy at night and early morning. It may be not the hotel's problem but the whole island. it is better to bring earplugs.

Great location on Phi Phi Island but could use some updates

The location was really excellent and the view from our room overlooked the pool and the bay. Room was nice size and had everything that you would need.

The beds were very hard and the bathroom could use some updates. Bit of a walk if you are looking for the party/ bars scene.

Again: this hotel NEEDS a refreshing.

You simply cannot beat the view (we had the most scenic family room with 180° windows on 2 bays) Nice breakfast Very nice and helpful personnel (Thailand seems to have a great culture of smile and helpfulness)

This hotel NEEDS a refreshing. A lot of little details damage the perception. Like everywhere we have been in Thailand, systematic littering makes streets, forests and beaches look like open dumps. It started literally at the edge of the hotel. So you are in a classy pool, and your eyes linger on a disgustingly multicolor ocean of plastic waste 2 m away... In a country were workforce is so cheap, can not an upper hand hotel like cabana invest a few bucks in cleaning its surrounding ? Actually it is a shame. All in all, the price was high compared to Thailand standard

It is far enough away from the craziness but close enough for a quick walk around the "town"

This property is all about the location. The large pool overlooks the Strait of Malacca with its series of small islands jutting out from the sea. It is located very close to the dock as well as the bustling town with all the tourists. There is not much of a beach directly in front of the hotel because of the rocks but the view toward the sea is exceptional nevertheless.

The rooms themselves are not much to look at...it is similar to a cheap motel in the States...but the view more than makes up for it.
